- Passport rate is for 2 adults. Please add $2.00 for each additional adult.
- Daily and weekly rates are subject to both city and state tax.
- To reserve a long term space, a $200.00 deposit is required. The balance of all deposits are due on or before the arrival date.
- Cancellations must be made in writing at least 30 days prior to the reservation date and not later than December 1 of the current season.
- There is a $25 cancellation fee for all refunds.
